Adecco is currently assisting a local insurancepany recruit for a Claims Associate in Honolulu, HI. These Claims Associate jobs are temporary to possible hire opportunities, with a pay of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus overtime! For instant consideration for this Claims Associate job, Now!

Claims Associate job requires candidates to:

Handle inbound claims related calls (new claim intake, inquiry calls from insureds/ claimants/medical providers/agents/ and others).

Handle inbound operator calls for client and route calls to appropriate department or associate.

Monitor d Outlook mailbox and route iing faxes/emails to claim associates.

Prep/scan iing claims mail and inter-office documents, perform quality checks and document validation.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for an Claims Associate job:

Able to keyboard 40 - 45 wpm

Basic proficiency of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills to interact effectively with customers, providers, and internal teams

Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive work environment

Strong attention to detail, time management andanizational skills

Proficiency with data entry

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and adapt to changes

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
