We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Office Insurance Agent to join our team full time 9-5. This role is the first point of contact for our clientsboth in person and over the phoneand plays a key part in keeping daily office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with policy questions and general inquiries
- Help customers with billing questions, payments, and account updates
- Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Support agents with billing and basic service requests (training provided)
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist with emails and general administrative tasks
- Ensure a positive client experience from start to finish
- Previous customer service preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, office software)
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Insurance experience or license not required (Will be required to pass the Property and Casualty Insurance Exam within 6 months of being hired)
