Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Insurance Specialist - Remote position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Cleveland, OH. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $20.00 per hour

This position is responsible for protecting the interests of investors by managing all insurance matters formercial properties held as collateral. The role requiresplex analysis, risk assessment, and self-management of varied tasks. The ideal candidate will handle insurance analysis, premium disbursements, and correspondence with servicers, investors, and borrowers.

Responsibilities:

Act in a timely, efficient, and responsible manner to protect the interest of investors pursuant to the mortgages serviced for them

Monitorpliance of insurance formercial properties held as collateral

Perform insurance analysis, premium disbursements from escrow, risk assessment, and appraisal review

Correspond with various servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and a variety of internal departments

Requirements:

Industry experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate

Capable ofplex analyses and assessment of situations as it pertains to insurance and/or real estate

An analytical mind and the ability to both assess and articulateplex risks

Ability to self-manage a wide variety and range of tasks that may be different from one day to the next

Excellent character, humility, ability to receive constructive feedback, and a positive attitude
