Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

The Senior Director, BI Operations Strategy & Delivery Tech Currency role is responsible for translating enterprise technology currency priorities into a strategy and execution approach that modernizes Infrastructure, End User Productivity, and Cybersecurity capabilities across BI Operations and Business Process Management workflows and experiences. Working collaboratively with business, operations and technology leaders, this role is responsible for defining the scope and services of technology currency enablement impacting BI Operations, supporting the BI technology currency engagement model and supporting, as needed, the readiness, risk mitigation, and governance required across these capability areas. They lead change management / business readiness planning and execution across impacted business areas.

What Will You Do?

+ Responsible for ownership of a high level business vision of high complexity and translating it into a strategy and capabilities; partners with finance and the business to ensure the business value of what is being delivered is defined.

+ Understands the business vision, strategies, operating vision, business imperatives and capabilities and how they work together to define technology imperatives and business capabilities.
