Handle a wide range of customer inquiries, including policy changes, coverage questions, billing issues, and sales-related inquiries. Utilize your expertise in property and casualty, Medicare, or Life insurance to provide accurate information and assist customers in selecting appropriate coverage options. Actively engage with prospective customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Leverage your sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our insurance solutions, overcome objections, and close sales. Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry to policy issuance and beyond. Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. A stable job history of at least 5 consecutive years in the property and casualty, Medicare, or Life insurance industries. You must have an active property and casualty or life and health insurance license. Experience working remotely and the ability to create a productive and professional work environment at home. Dedicated home office setup including a desktop computer, 2 computer monitors, a webcam, and a printer. Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage details, and industry practices in property and casualty, Medicare, or Life insurance. Exceptional customer service and sales skills with a customer-centric approach. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating revenue. Proficient computer skills and experience navigating multiple software systems, CRMs, and insurance carrier portals. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently in a remote work setting. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with discretion.
