Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction? Da Brothers Contractors LLC is seeking an Estimator to join our team in Swanzey, NH. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by accurately estimating project costs and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. Join us and be a part of a company that provides high-quality carpentry, remodeling, and construction services for residential and commercial clients in Southwestern New Hampshire and Vermont.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Review project plans and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
• Assist in the development of project schedules

Required Skills:

•  Construction experience
• Proficiency in Take-offs 
• Knowledge of Change Orders and Pre-Construction processes
• Strong understanding of Civil Construction and Submittals
• Experience with Structural Design and Xactimate software

Nice to Have Skills:

• Project Closeout expertise
• Construction Management background
• Microsoft 365 experiance (Project, excel, work, outlook, planner) 
• Estimating software
• Good people skills!  

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
