Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Conduct fact-finding interviews to assess client financial goals, risk tolerance, and protection needs
  • Design and recommend customized solutions including life insurance, annuities, and health-related products
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through regular reviews and service touchpoints
  • Develop a personal marketing strategy to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Participate in training, development programs, and joint work opportunities with experienced advisors
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred

  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales
  • Established network or community presence
  • Demonstrated success in a commission-based or entrepreneurial environment
