In this role, you will handle inbound calls from business owners and prospective insureds seeking insurance quotes and policy information. There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting, customers are contacting you for coverage. You will assess risk, explain policy terms and endorsements, present pricing options, and close sales while ensuring compliance with state regulations and underwriting guidelines. Responsibilities: Provide inbound sales support for commercial auto insurance policies Quote, bind, and explain Property & Casualty insurance coverage Evaluate risk and determine policy terms in accordance with underwriting guidelines Respond to coverage, billing, and endorsement inquiries Assist customers with electronic payments and recurring transaction setup Present pricing options and close insurance sales directly with customers Support internal documentation and compliance requirements Handle confidential customer information with professionalism Your New Opportunity: This is an opportunity to grow your career as a licensed insurance professional with a forward-thinking provider serving the small business market.
