Position: Property & Casualty Account ManagerLocation: North Dakota Bismarck, Mandan, Fargo, Oakes, Ellendale or RemoteKey Responsibilities:Manages property and casualty accounts and provides exceptional service with accuracy in processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits by agency timelines; ensures timely processing of invoices and client requests. Manages client/carrier correspondence and maintain updated client information in the agency management system.Obtains quotes from carriers for new and existing business; reviews carrier proposals for accuracy and prepares client documents. Acts as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues; follow Starion standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in insurance servicing and ownership of a client book and retention outcomes, typically acquired through three to five years of similar or related experience. A college degree or equivalent work experience Active Property & Casualty license required.
