Risk Management and Accreditation Program Manager

The Risk Management and Accreditation Program Manager serves as a highly visible champion of regulatory compliance and managing clinical risk throughout the region. Works closely with the Director of Quality, Chief Nursing Officer and the UnityPoint Health Risk and Accreditation system service leaders. Provides leadership for regional efforts to assure compliance to regulatory agency standards and continuously improve the quality and safety of care.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of clinical leadership experience in process improvement.
• Prior experience in risk management, accreditation, facilitation, data analysis, leadership development, teaching and presentation preferred, but not required

Certification/License:

• Certification in Risk Management or Accreditation preferred
• Clinical license related background as appropriate is preferred
