What we’re looking for in our Direct to Consumer (DTC) Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist:

Here’s the work you’ll be doing to support DTC sales and growth:

Sales Operations, Reporting & Analytics

  • Own reporting and analytics for the DirecttoConsumer sales channel, including daily, weekly, and adhoc performance reporting
  • Monitor quoteandbuy flows, sales funnels, and conversion performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Salesforce, and internal dashboards
  • Analyze transactional and behavioral data to support DTC sales strategy, retention efforts, and product enhancements
  • Enhance and streamline reporting processes to ensure timely, accurate insights for sales, marketing, and leadership teams

DTC Sales Support & Optimization

  • Support operational needs for Expat and Travel Medical DTC sales, including followup on partially completed applications to improve conversion
  • Provide operational support for Inside Sales and external callcenter partners
  • Assist with remarketing and winback initiatives using firstparty data to increase repurchase rates
  • Link lead activity, call data, communications, and sales outcomes to assess team performance and identify workflow improvement opportunities

Quality, Testing & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct Quality Assurance reviews across Salesforce and callcenter systems to ensure data accuracy and process adherence
  • Support website testing, QA efforts, and digital enhancements impacting the customer purchase journey
  • Evaluate A/B test results and website performance to identify conversion optimization opportunities
  • Conduct competitor analysis focused on outreach strategies, followup practices, and digital customer journeys

This might be the right fit for you if…

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales operations, analytics, marketing, ecommerce, or a related field
  • You have 1–3 years of experience supporting directtoconsumer sales, analytics, or sales operations
  • You’re comfortable working with analytics platforms and CRM tools to analyze performance and trends
  • You enjoy problemsolving, building structure, and improving processes
  • You manage multiple priorities effectively and work well independently and as part of a team

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools
  • Salesforce reporting or sales operations experience
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, or website performance analysis
  • Familiarity with callcenter QA, lead evaluation, or performance auditing
  • Background in health insurance, international benefits, or regulated consumer sales environments

This role requires obtaining a Health & Accident license within 90 days of hire (support provided).
