The Regional Head of Operations Americas represents the Operations function in the region. This role ensures oversight and seamless coordination of operational activities, compliance with internal policies and standards, and delivery of high-quality services to support business objectives across the region. Job Summary The Regional Head of Operations represents the Operations function in the Americas region and ensures oversight on all Operations activities. The scope of responsibility encompasses procurement, real estate projects, travel, governance of third parties, and business continuity. He/She supports local Operations (Head of Operations, General Services) in all Operations activities that are undertaken locally, with the support of the Global Functional Units (Procurement, Real Estate and General Services, Travel Operations, Operations Governance and Business Resilience) Key Duties and Responsibilities Procurement and Vendor Management Support local entities in P2P Operations (Orders Management), in line with Group standards Ensure adherence with the Procurement Management Standard in the region Real Estate & General Services Support local real estate projects driven by the Group Real Estate team especially with regards to stakeholders management in the region and changement management activities Oversee General Services activities, incl. financial management (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, etc.) and physical security standards implementation, in line with the Physical Security Management Standard Oversee the implementation of Group sustainability standards (e.g., non-use of plastic charter) and the corresponding sustainability reporting Travel Operations Monitor travels to risky countries in collaboration with Travel Operations Ensure oversight on T&E policy adherence in the region Operations Governance Ensure oversight on TPRM in region, namely adherence with Third Party Risk Management and Information Governance standards Ensure oversight on Information Governance standards in region Provide support on local governance matters where needed Business Continuity Management Oversee the Business Continuity planning in region, incl. the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) campaign driven by the Group Business Resilience team and the local Business Continuity Plans (BCP) Support to local training & exercising of incident management to ensure business continuity and employee safety Monitor and support local incident management Ensure adherence with the Business Continuity Management Standard in the region Financial planning Oversee the local Operations budgets and ensure financial discipline in this domain Required experience & competencies 15+ years of experience in operations, procurement, or facilities management in a regional or global environment Understanding of operations governance and regulations in the region Service excellence mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of business continuity planning and office security best practices Experience in budget oversight and financial management Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment Required Education Master degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Pay Range for roles performed: $203,000 - $273,000 base salary per year. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, role and performance.
