Commercial Insurance Specialist

We are on the lookout for a motivated and knowledgeable professional to enhance our business insurance team. This role involves advising commercial clients on insurance products, quoting and binding policies, servicing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, addressing their property and casualty insurance queries.
• Provide quotes, manage policy issuance, and handle endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service and retention.
• Stay updated on products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and agency management systems.

• 2 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance preferred.
• Strong phone skills and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with small and mid-size business insurance products and rating tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Daily commute to our Woodcliff Lake, NJ office is required. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Business attire and a clean-shaven appearance are required each day.

• Experience working in an independent agency or with a direct writer.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
