Our client eSpecialty is a fast-growing, tech-savvy specialty brokerage helping startups and innovators secure Cyber, E&O, and D&O coverage. We're hiring an Associate Broker to join their remote team and grow into a trusted placement and advisory role.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role—not back-office support. You'll collaborate with leadership, engage directly with clients, and grow your advisory skill set. No commission chasing. No book-building. Just smart, collaborative brokerage.

We'll teach you the technical side. You bring drive, detail orientation, and ownership mindset.

Typical CSR Role

• Back-office support only
• Limited client interaction

• Direct client engagement
• Collaborative leadership work
• Technical advisory development

What You'll Do

Start with the foundation

• Solicit and submit quotes from our underwriters (insurance markets)
• Manage application intake, client communication, and documentation
• Coordinate and execute quote comparisons, binders, and renewals

Grow into advisory

• Analyze coverage options and recommend the best fit
• Help guide client considerations—coverage nuances, market trends, and trade-offs
• Take initiative in shepherding deals to close and owning follow-up

Collaborate with leadership

• Work directly with the CEO and senior brokers
• Learn by doing—with mentorship, feedback, and autonomy

Who This Role Is For

Ideal candidates:

• Have 1–4 years in commercial lines (agency, MGA, or carrier)
• Are detail-driven, organized, and responsive
• Crave more client interaction and technical growth
• Can write clearly and communicate with confidence
• Are coachable, accountable, and curious

Bonus if you:

• Have a P&C license or are pursuing one
• Know the basics of Cyber, E&O, or D&O

What Success Looks Like

Month 1

• Shadow active submissions
• Learn our workflows and communication standards
• Begin to handle submissions with
  the team

Month 3

• Start to manage client relationships
• Prepare clear, client-ready quote summaries

Months 6–12

• Manage account relationships
• Contribute to Cyber, E&O, and D&O placements
• Be on track for full Broker title and expanded responsibility
