Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive research on global employee benefits trends, regulations, and market practices
• Analyze and summarize data from international sources and databases
• Support consultants in preparing client deliverables and presentations
• Track legislative and industry developments across key global markets
• Collaborate with regional teams to gather local insights and best practices
