The CoverMyMeds Commercial Finance team is hiring for a Financial Analyst. This position will play a key role in financial reporting, communicating key business insights and driving collaboration between FP&A, Commercial and Product organizations to ensure alignment on operating expense management. You'll work closely with your team members, cross-functional partners and senior leadership to support the Commercial and Product organizations from a financial perspective.
* Candidate must reside in the Columbus area to support a hybrid work scenario. Position provides work-from-home flexibility with occasional in-office time.

What You'll Do:
Prepare timely, relevant, and accurate monthly reports to communicate financial performance and key business insights to senior leadership.
Be a strategic business partner to the Commercial and Product organization by attending monthly meetings with business leaders, providing financial analysis, reporting and forecasting insights.
Work cross-functionally with FP&A team to provide operating & CAPEX expense and variance analysis/reporting, KPI's and ad-hoc analysis.
Manage loading budget and forecast adjustments into our planning system.
Maintain forecasting, budgeting, and actual performance models.
Manage commercial organization hiring plans.
Identifying trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for actions and improvements
Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a similar field or equivalent
4+ years of relative experience in Financial Planning Analysis, Accounting or Financial Analytics roles

Strategic and analytical thinker, with the ability to quickly find patterns in data and interpret the impact of key business drivers.
Superior problem-solving and strong financial acumen, coupled with broad business/operations experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and prioritize.
