We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Columbus, OH. This is a 12-month, onsite contract position, paying $17.50 per hour.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers for assigned product and service centers. You'll play a key part in designing and administering plans funded by various investment types, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

As a Contract Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan Setup & Administration: Prepare all materials for proposing, selling, and establishing new plans, including illustrations, trust agreements, IRS determination reporting, employee communications, and client administrative guides. You'll also be responsible for setting up appropriate records and inputting census and plan information into our systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow up with appropriate internal administrative areas to ensure the completeness and accuracy of end policy/account products.
  • Transaction Processing: Review and approve requests for withdrawals, exchanges, deposits, annuity purchases, and contract cashouts, requesting additional information as needed.
  • Reporting: Compile management information such as contract and sold case activity as needed by internal management.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, sales force, other departments, regional and/or field offices and other industry companies through both oral and written correspondence, maintaining thorough records.
  • Compliance: Approve and process business in strict accordance with government regulations, contract provisions, and internal procedures and controls.
