Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ!

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by managing personal insurance accounts and supporting the Sales team. This role includes making coverage recommendations, preparing and leading renewal meetings, and performing all clerical tasks related to customer support. The Account Manager will collaborate with teammates across all levels, ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Make coverage recommendations to customer and cross-sell and upsell when necessary

  • Prepare and lead renewal meetings based on customer needs

  • Perform all clerical duties related to customer support

  • Provide support to the Sales team

  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown

  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures

  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills

  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Property & Casualty License

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years Personal Lines experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a Business or finance-related discipline (Preferred)

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a plus
