Position Overview:
Responsible for assisting the Account Managers with daily tasks and is the primary point of contact for the clients they oversee, while working under supervision. Supports the Account Manager as outlined below. Apply the principles of insurance to everyday situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, mail, voicemail and agency management activities.
Endorsement processing.
Auto ID cards for vehicles.
Binder to dealerships.
Billing inquires.
Pulls endorsements from website.
Schedule of Insurance.
Remarket quoting.
Policy renewals status.
Update application in EPIC for policies that dont download.
Any tasks assigned by Management.
Receive, review, and document client and carrier correspondence in the management system including driver requests, endorsement requests and cancellations/recissions.
Renewal process, data entry of client activity in the agency management system.
Organize and prioritize workflow. Verify accuracy and forward to client with appropriate correspondence.
Provide back-up coverage for the Account Manager handling immediate service needs.
Keeping Client Advisors informed of all important activities on their accounts including being sensitive to potential problems and informing leadership.
Maintain knowledge of current underwriting requirements of contracted insurance carriers.
Maintain knowledge of policy provisions and any changes in their provisions.
Comply with agency standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills including correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation in correspondence.
High degree of critical thinking; ability to problem solve when the answer is not rapidly apparent.
Demonstrates attention to detail, producing outcomes with minimal errors.
Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to demonstrate advanced level proficiency with a variety of technology.
Knowledge of Agency Management Systems and Applied Epic.
Able to function independently and as part of a team.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or recognized equivalent is required.
Possess and maintain active P&C License.
Knowledge of commercial insurance with 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
