Brown & Brown is Seeking a Billing Specialist to join our growing team in Dallas, TX .

How You Will Contribute

• Audit claims billed by our vendor for accuracy.
• Ensure that all billing guidelines have been followed prior to invoicing.
• Prepare and issue claims invoices to clients by deadline.
• Field calls and emails from clients regarding any claims invoice questions or payment

• discrepancy.

• Assist the accounting department with invoice and payment inquiries.
• Create monthly reports for research requests.
• Provide further research on unbilled claims and claims pushed to network
• Assist with Admin/Operator phone Queue and Emails
• Assisting and completing miscellaneous tasks assigned by Executives

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Attention to detail and deadline driven
