Job Description In this compelling leadership position, you will lead efforts to develop and implement strategic plans for assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success, as well as work with leadership to communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise, and understand business objectives. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Technology Risk - Risk Management - Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Direct the team responsible for determining business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise, and assist leadership with developing a process to identify threats. Direct team efforts to evaluate the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise. Oversee information monitoring and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis, and may assist with implementing updates and changes to the process. Direct efforts to document resolutions and control guidelines. Drive implementation of business strategies that will drive success in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences 8 years Desired Experiences Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred Exposure to Generative AI Audit experience Skills Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc. Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc. Governance and Compliance including creating policies, evaluating compliance, conducting internal investigations, developing data governance, etc. Experience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS Experience using RiskWorks, Experience using SharePoint, Skilled in Excel & Visio Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Level Degree (Required), Master's Level Degree The future is what you make it to be.
