VAM Finance Manager

Vista Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a highly motivated Financial Accounting Manager to support our US location financial team and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, AR, Supplier Management, Revenue Assurance and Credit Control.
• Manage Close, Perform Reconciliations, and assist the General Treasury Function.
• Support the calculation of Accruals - CIP/WIP, Revenue, and Expense.
• Support the Inventory Management as well as Job Cost Accounting functions.
• Prepare Asset, Liability, and Capital Accounting journal entries.
• Assist in Financial Statement creation, project management, and procurement.
• Assist in Statutory and Corporate Requirements as well as External Audit requirements.
• Assist in Budget Preparation for Maintenance and Facility Cost.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CMA or CPA qualification highly desirable.
• 5+ years Accounting or Finance experience, including managing people.
• In-depth understanding of ERP (NetSuite) procedures and proper accrual accounting.
• Advanced user in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools.
• Must have a can-do attitude, and is willing to learn.
• Is a self-starter and able to work with minimum. Able to work accurately and meet.
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Be willing and available to travel regularly.
