Structure Estimator/Team Leader A fast growing, leading edge restoration company, Neverman Corporation has built our business by exceeding clients expectations every day on every project. Neverman Corporation is looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Team; an individual that is organized, detail oriented and is capable of maintaining superior customer service standards and excellent communication skills. Overview: This position is responsible for developing accurate job estimates, establishing the job sale and working with the Team to produce the job. General Duties Screens and pre-qualifies all incoming potential structure/reconstruction jobs Reviews, proofs and finalizes each job scope of work with adjusters and clients Assigns a Project Manager to each job Projects collections on jobs Completes an accurate estimate with listings of all items required to complete the repair work Reviews completed files for profitability and accuracy of the original scope of work Attends all Company meetings and functions required of the position Recruits, establishes rapport and contracts with specialized subcontractors Provides quick and accurate responses to adjusters, agent property managers, tenants and other concerned parties Makes initial contact with the insured and the adjuster Ensures that all assigned personnel are thoroughly trained in their duties and responsibilities, including safety precautions Develops marketing strategies and activities that will lead to additional work from all sources and will develop relationships within the industry for purposes of business recommendations Manages details of multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner Demonstrates a positive image of the Company to staff and clients; this shall include oral and written communication and visual presentation Implements best practices to aid the Company in meetings its vision and mission and in achieving Company goals Writes scopes of work for water damage emergencies and carpeting cleaning estimates, periodically Holds responsibility for project outcomes and issues Assists in problem solving and motivating team members to improve Company efficiencies Works with the Team Coordinator and Administration to collect on debts for all projects, as needed Applies all safety rules and regulations to work efforts and prevents work hazards Respects and maintains the confidentiality of company, client and personnel information Customer Service Provide exemplary customer service Communicate and coordinate with the Team for timely job completion Respond to customer concerns Leadership Duties Ability to positively motivate others Develop skills of others Convey positive image of the company Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Company General Professionalism Complete delegated tasks on time Seek information and knowledge on new issues Cooperation and respect for others Follow company policies and procedures Develop creative solutions to problems Qualifications Any combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Five years industry experience Four year degree from an accredited college Computer literate with knowledge and experience with Xactimate, MS Outlook, Word, Excel
Possession of, or ability to obtain an appropriate, valid Ohio drivers license

Compensation and Benefits Your talents will be rewarded with a salary commensurate with your level of experience along with bonus opportunities. Your employee benefit package includes retirement, paid vacation and holidays. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
