Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Technical Assistant to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM!

The Commercial Lines Account Manager provides commercial lines support in maintaining , expanding, and servicing assigned accounts.

How You Will Contribute:

• Assist the Account Executive team within the middle/large client market

• Responsible for servicing mail, processing certificates, endorsements, audits, applications, accounting/billing, proposals and additional servicing requests that may be needed

• Maintain high retention on existing accounts

• Attend any required training sessions and courses to maintain skills and licensing requirements

• Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown

• Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures

• Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality

Licenses and Certifications:

• P&C License

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• 1+ years' commercial insurance experience

• Exceptional telephone demeanor

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
