The Employee Benefits Engagement Specialist position provides internal support to the Employee Benefits Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers for clients' open enrollment needs.

General Responsibilities:
Provide recommendations to client and employees on EB options.
Review the EB market to stay current with industry trends and emerging practices.
Partner with internal teams within the department, including the Service/Client Care Advocate, Benefits Plan Analyst and Compliance Teams, for fluid communication and execution of projects.
Organize, design, and produce EB enrollment materials.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, including resolving client issues.
Advise employees regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different lines of benefits coverage during open enrollment meetings.
Promote lines of coverage and recommend selections based on employees' individual needs and financial circumstances.
Audit EB marketing analysis and benefit communications against the plan documents and makes recommendations based on client business operations.
Schedule open enrollment meetings with client partners across the United States.
Travel to and conduct annual enrollment meetings with current members and new hires.
Conduct virtual open enrollment
Coordinate and participate in client/prospect conference calls and meetings as requested.
Train, guide, and support internal teammates with work products.
Satisfy licensing continuing education requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
1 - 3 years of experience in employee benefit industry or service-related experience
Life and Health Insurance license or obtain within 90 days
Proficient presentation skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Proficient with Adobe InDesign (required)
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and understanding of HIPPA
Bilingual preferred

$25-$30/ Hourly. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
