Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Claims Representative to join our growing team in Rome, GA .

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Claims Representative to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous claims service. This role involves assisting clients and internal teams with claim processing, consultation, and resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience.

How You Will Contribute:

• Acknowledge and report claims, assign cases to companies and/or independent services, and discuss coverage, negligence, and claim processing with insureds.

• Research coverage, leases, and contracts, and participate in discussions with insureds and producers regarding them.

• Provide insureds with comprehensive legal and settlement analysis.

• Review and negotiate reserve changes with carriers and communicate updates to insureds.

• Maintain a diary system for first- and third-party losses and subrogation claims.

• Assist underwriting staff with claim information for policies qualifying for experience rating and/or workers' compensation dividend plans.

• Prepare claims management and experience modification reports based on account size requirements.

• Process and monitor all incoming claim documentation.

• Assist in developing and presenting claims-related training workshops for clients and teammates.

• Identify and support loss control needs for clients.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• 3+ years of claims experience, preferably in commercial lines.
