The Legal Division is looking to fill one (1) Attorney 4 in Sales and Use Tax and Pollution Control Exemption.

What You'll do as an Attorney 4:

Research novel legal issues

Hold hearings

Respond to taxpayer and representative inquiries

Draft final determinations

Assist with training of new hires

Qualifications

Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code; 12 mos. exp. as licensed attorney; 6 mos. exp. in employee training & development.
