About the role

This is a key early-career role supporting the Revenue Finance team. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will contribute to accurate revenue tracking and forecasting by assisting with variance analysis, budgeting, and monthly close activities. You’ll work closely with the Senior Financial Analyst and cross-functional partners in Sales Operations, FP&A, and Accounting to provide actionable insights that support growth across our SaaS portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance or accounting, familiarity with SaaS business models, and excellent Excel skills looking to deepen their experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting packages.

• Support budgeting cycles and revenue modeling by analyzing historical trends and current business activity.

• Maintain and update reporting tools using TM1, Hyperion, or similar financial systems.

• Develop and manage complex Excel models using pivot tables, macros, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced formulas.

• Support monthly close process through accurate data consolidation and reconciliation efforts.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and improve forecast accuracy.

• Assist in building presentations and dashboards to communicate findings to Finance and GTM leadership.

About You

• 1-2 years of experience in a financial analyst or revenue operations role, MUST BE in a SaaS company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of financial principles, revenue recognition, and budgeting processes.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) is required.

• Experience with TM1, Hyperion, or similar financial planning tools is preferred.

• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
