Duties and responsabilites:

Our agency top sales agents or customer service rep’s have a few traits in common:

 

Good listening skills

Close sales

Responsible for the clients inquiries and fulfilling their expectations

Getting quotes online or via email with various brokers & insurance carriers

Maintaining a log of all quotes in order to compare and quote in a timely manner.

Provide great customer service on a daily basis

Critical thinking is needed in order to compare various quotes and the ability to communicate to the customer on a friendly and

Professional manner.

Must be an individual that is detailed oriented

Continuously maintain an sense of urgency in order to fulfill the customer needs

Great verbal & written communication skills

Needs to have an opened mind in order to receive additional training and skills needed to expand their earning potential.

Acts on referrals that generate additional income

 

Benefits:

Health insurance & vacation and personal time off as well as opportunity for advancement

(after 90 days)

Work week is 40 hrs ( Monday – Friday 9am to 5:30 pm) 

Competitive salary plus commission or bonuses.

 

Requirements:

2 + years of customer service experience

Must have 220 property & casualty license

Fluent in English & Spanish (both written and verbally)

 

Locations:

Miami lakes

 

Salary:

$37,500- to $43,000
