Job Description

A long established insurance brokerage firm in Long Beach is seeking a customer service person experienced in the insurance industry.  Company in business for 60 years w/many long term employees.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Issuing Certificates of Insurance
  • Answering phones
  • Ordering MVRs
  • Assisting Acct Mgrs and Producers
  • Interfacing w/clients and companies
  • Updating client files
  • License renewals
  • Some invoicing
  • Light posting, etc.

 Must be excellent at excel and word. Supports all office personnel at various times as needed. Excellent opportunity to learn more of the insurance industry. 

P&C license a plus. TAM knowledge helpful but not necessary. This is a full time position – Hours are 8:30am – 5:00PM / Mon thru Fri. Our location in Long Beach is just off the 405 fwy @ Cherry exit.

Salary based on experience.
