Base Salary $45,000 + Bonus

Average agent monthly bonus: $3,000-$6,000

No prospecting. 

100% internet leads generated in real time from our own websites. 

Must have a proven record of success selling Medicare Supplement products.

Position is located in Brighton, Michigan

Candidate must be able to work in our beautiful new office surrounded in windows.

We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual as a MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT SENIOR ADVISOR This position is located at our Brighton, Michigan office.

This is a fulltime position, marketing products from our Medicare Supplement focused insurance division. The SENIOR ADVISOR will be responsible fr providing advice, coverage recommendations and enrolling our clients into the appropriate Medicare plans that match their needs. The ideal candidate will value our free lead program and benefit from working in our world class, state of the art office complex.

Qualifications

  • Health licensure required, Life a bonus
  • Medicare Supplement experience required
  • Must be able to prove either past or present production
  • Proven ability to enroll a high percentage of qualified leads;
  • High level of comfort marketing products over the phone;
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Knowledge and ability to communicate Medicare coverage options;
  • Excellent organizational skills; capability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and assignments appropriately;
  • Experience marketing and selling Medicare Supplement and/or Medicare Advantage plans
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and/or CRM's a bonus
  • High School Diploma
