Job Description

The Upton Group, LLC is fast growing national agency specializing in pizza delivery and franchise restaurants. We are 100% commercial insurance in all 50 states. We are seeking an experienced licensed Account Manager/CSR in office or will consider remote work for the right candidate. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a licensed Commercial P&C Account Manager
  • Ability to multitask and work under time sensitive deadlines 
  • Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Fluent with Microsoft Works 
  • Prefer experience with Vertafore AMS 360 Agency Management System 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Market new and renewal submissions including quoting and gathering required information 
  • Process endorsements, audits, ID cards, certificates of insurance, etc.
  • Bind coverage, billing and invoicing
  • Day to day client service needs
  • Document all activities in agency management system
