As an Insurance Sales and Service Rep, you will play a crucial role in meeting our customers insurance needs and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist with Agent's marketing efforts
• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct needs based interviews
• Prepare forms, policies and endorsements

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma
• P&C/L&H License
• Previous State Farm Insurance experience
• Strong customer relations skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and computer processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $40000
• Maximum Salary: $45000
• Benefits: Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, Every Wednesday afternoon off
