Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on various insurance products and services offered by the company
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of general liability, workers' compensation and BOP policy
• bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Property and Casualty license
• Experience in commercial property and professional liability
• Familiarity with umbrella insurance and claim processing
• Ability to cross-sell and manage agency accounts effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in loss control and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation
• Knowledge of health and life insurance and employee benefits
• Underwriting experience and proficiency in insurance software

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $40,000.00
