As a Licensed Inside Sales Consultant at a new Farmington call center operated by our client, you’ll close warm leads, match clients with top-rated products across 100+ carriers, and play a key role in scaling a results-driven sales team. What You’ll Do:

  • Consult with inbound leads to identify needs and present tailored coverage options
  • Match clients with products from 100+ national and regional carriers
  • Close new business and drive growth through conversion and retention
  • Uphold carrier guidelines and regulatory requirements with diligence and accuracy
  • Follow through on compliance and documentation with precision
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, conversion metrics, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Engage with a hands-on leadership team building a collaborative, performance-driven culture from the ground up

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license, valid in Connecticut or transferable from another state (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or service
  • Proven ability to close inbound sales and hit performance targets
  • Experience working with multiple carriers across multiple states
  • (Top markets include NY, FL, TX, CA, and the Pacific Northwest)
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • High energy, competitive mindset, and results orientation
  • Bilingual English–Spanish skills are preferred
  • Experience with quoting tools or CRM platforms (e.g., EZLynx, QQCatalyst, Salesforce) is a plus
