Title: Financial Controller
Salary: up to 175k DOE + Benefits
Commute: 3-4 days onsite in Southeast Seattle, WA

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Controller, Director or similar high-level accounting role.
• 2-3+ years of recent experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and a track record of achieving tangible results (e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is ideal.
