Responsibilities 

  • Answer inbound sales calls and conduct outbound follow-up calls to close sales. 

  • Actively listen to identify customer needs and provide the best insurance solutions. 

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on their coverage options. 

  • Convert inbound leads into closed policies 

  • Assist with remarketing and policy retention to ensure clients have the best coverage. 

  • Establish strong client relationships and foster additional leads and referrals. 

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. 

  • Maintain compliance with licensing, agency, and carrier requirements. 

Requirements 

  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in personal lines insurance sales required; brokerage experience highly preferred (we have over 70 different carriers). 

  • Must have a valid Texas Property & Casualty / General Lines License (Required – No Exceptions). 

  • This role requires recent experience in personal lines insurance sales. Only candidates meeting this qualification will be considered.  

  • Must be available to work on-site or hybrid, Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. 

  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and listening—along with proficiency in basic computer systems are essential for success in this position. 

  • Seeking a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others. 

  • Strong sales background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals. 

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong problem solver. 

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. 

  • Familiarity with EZLynx preferred (but training is available).
