We are seeking a President, Personal Lines to lead our brokerage operations, drive revenue growth, and optimize carrier partnerships.

Role Overview

As the President, Personal Lines, you will be responsible for overseeing and scaling our digital brokerage. You will lead the team
in converting high-quality leads into customers, optimizing processes, and ensuring we offer best-in-class personal insurance solutions. You must have deep experience in personal lines, carrier negotiations, and the technology platforms required for a high-volume, digital-first agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Drive growth strategy, build out world-class team, and oversee all brokerage operations
• Lead Conversion & Sales Optimization: Maximize close rates and customer retention by refining our digital sales process
• Carrier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key personal lines carriers
• Technology & Systems Expertise: Manage and optimize brokerage tech stack (comparative raters, AMS, CRM, etc.)
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to all state and federal insurance regulations

Qualifications

• Licensed in personal lines (or able to obtain quickly)
• Deep experience in personal lines insurance sales & operations
• Proven ability to convert leads into long-term customers
• Strong carrier relationships and knowledge of underwriting guidelines in home, auto, umbrella, flood, and other personal lines of insurance
• Expertise in digital brokerage tools (comparative raters, AMS, CRM, automation)
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute growth initiatives

• Based in TX (FL candidates considered)
• Experience in a digital or tech-enabled insurance environment
• Understanding of the mass affluent market’s insurance needs
