Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration or work experience in the health insurance industry and or disease management industry. Life and Health Insurance Licensed Agent, multi-state license desired. Minimum 2 years experience using Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision. Experience with large databases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interacting with physicians, nurses, management personnel, and peers. Knowledge of insurance industry provider relations and the dialysis industry preferred. Experience with financial modeling and/or data mining. Regional Sales Managers are responsible for developing relationships with brokers in their territory. Develop Broker relationships with clients of more than 1000 lives They are responsible for deep penetration of defined territory through measured quote activity, broker visits and sales results.
