Conducts on-site comprehensive risk evaluations of large or complex policyholder’s operations.2. Analyze loss data and assist the policyholder in identifying the root cause of employee injuries, including the development of effective plan of action to address the loss causes. 3. Operates with little or no supervision or direction from management and handles complex or unique loss control situations.4. Prepares reports for underwriting purposes containing a thorough and accurate description of operations, evaluation of exposures and controls, analysis of loss data, and an evaluation of the effectiveness of policyholder safety and training programs. 5. Effectively manages and monitors an assigned book of business, directing loss control services at injury prevention and overall risk improvement.6. Develops meaningful recommendations to address loss producing factors or physical conditions and follows up when appropriate.7. Investigates individual large losses and conducts adverse claim trend analysis to determine if loss control intervention is needed.8. Develops loss control strategies/plan of action for controlling losses.9. Develops and presents progress reports including outlining the status of loss control strategies/action plans for controlling losses to agents/brokers to allow them to assist their clients 10.
