Work flexible hours to meet with union members who are looking to review voluntary plan options.  Work locations may encompass NJ all NYC boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, so home state can be flexible.  Inside Sales:  You will follow up with member reply cards and call from association lists to enroll and increase coverage amounts. A flexible schedule can be tailored to meet with a national and local call base. Hours will vary and will include afternoon, evening and possibly Saturday hour options. The national call center is in our corporate location right off GSP exit 120 in Matawan, NJ As a Field or Inside Sales Representative(Agent) you will market and sell life and health benefits to members of unions and employment related associations with whom USI Affinity has established relationships.   Products sold may include:      -   Guaranteed Issue Universal Life Insurance      -   Group Term Life Insurance      -   Disability Income Insurance      -   Limited Medical, Dental and Vision Plans      -   Catastrophic Major Medical Plan Experience/Specifications:  ·          Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience. •           Experience selling life and health benefits products. •           Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group or phone. •           Demonstrated hunter, persuasion, negotiation, and closer skills. •           Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.  Requirements:•           NJ Life and Health Insurance License or other states as applicable. •           2+ years of sales experience in insurance/broker environment preferred, newly licensed ok for inside sales. •           Experience working toward a monthly goal helpful•           Strong hunting attitude and skill set preferred  Prefer local candidates.  No phone calls please.   USI offers a competitive salary and benefits package.    For immediate consideration, please send your resume and salary requirements.
