Works closely with key producers on all Signature VIP accounts for assigned territories. Is responsible for individual risk selection for $50,000 annual premium threshold accounts. Assures that the quality of new Signature VIP business is consistent with CPI strategy and prescribed underwriting guidelines as well as catastrophe management objectives for this level of customer. Evaluates appropriateness of varying deductible options, contract modifications, writing companies and overall account rating structure based on all exposures. Develops technical expertise in the underwriting and pricing of all Signature VIP products. Is responsible for achievement of insurance to value goals and compliance with appraisal requirements for assigned accounts. Responsible for CPI established timeframes and authority guidelines on all new line, endorsement and renewal transactions. Working with the producer and branch, coordinates annual insurance reviews that identify product and service needs of customers. Analyzes customer information and makes recommendations for additional coverage and services. Develops expertise in competitive carrier offerings for large and unique requests. Prepares renewal proposals that assist the producers in promoting account retention and growth. Communicates any potential account acquisition or growth issues to branch and Home Office. Coordinates the underwriting, pricing, proposal and placement process for Custom Solutions exposures with Home Office resources. Obtains quotes and assists producers with coverage options for international exposures. Contributes to teaching within the Underwriting Center and Region to educate staff on Signature capabilities, coverages, services and opportunities. Acts as a Regional expert on Custom Solutions, Family Office, Flood, EPLI, Workers' Compensation, K & R, Boiler & Machinery and other products typically suited to meet the unique needs of Signature VIP customers. Requirements:3 yrs minimum Personal Lines underwriting experience specifically working with High Net worth clientsMust have ability to work in a strong, fast paced team environment using an innovative approach to Personal Insurance.
