Job Title: Auto Appraiser/Desk Review Company: The Innovation Group Location: Rolling Meadows, IL Description: WHO WE ARE:  A leading solution provider to the global insurance industry through the development of flexible combinations of technology enabled outsourcing, and supply chain management.  Main Purpose of Job:        ·         Review damaged vehicle estimates and determines repair costs.  Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.  Typically reports to a supervisor . ·         Take on average of 15 or more original reviews and supplements per day·         Call and negotiate repairs with Body Shops and IA’s to control severity·         Work with Key Accounts, policyholders, CSR’s·         Utilize our internal claims system to record, track and monitor repairs ·         Utilize one or more estimating platforms ; Pathways, Mitchell or Audatex ·         Basic Computer skills and utilize Word, Excel and Outlook for email  Required Minimum Education:       ·         High school diploma or equivalent  Required Minimum Experience:    ·         A minimum or 3 years work experience, ·         Prior customer service experience·         Demonstrated job stability·         Excellent computer and multi-tasking skills·         High level of dependability·         Ability to gather information and make decisions                          Security for Today Medical Insurance If you are full-time medical coverage is offered to you and your eligible dependents.  Dental Insurance The plan includes orthodontic services.  Vision Insurance The plan provides for an exam, lenses every 12 months and frames every 24 months.
