You MUST be familiar with Xactware?s Xactimate software and MS/B Integriclaim software. We also require that you have a working relationship with an existing insurance company to help gain business through referrals. Basic clerical and office duties are requires as well: phone work, paperwork, filing documents, confidentiality, etc. PAYRATE: willing to pay upwards of $50,000 per year based on experience of course!! DAY TO DAY OBLIGATIONS: -Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, estimate, and settle fire claims to include verification of coverage, legal liability and extent of damage to persons and property. -Assist agents in the resolution of claims -May prepare written or computerized estimates in loss settlements. -Candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills necessary to address challenging customer service issues in a positive and professional manner.
