Job Title: Disability Client Product Specialist Company: Prudential Location: Portland, ME Description: The incumbent is responsible to support the disability claim management team, account management team and sales team by handling client/claim related matters with a focus on customer satisfaction as an expert in a product line. Leads efforts to develop new and revised processes/procedures/communications initiatives for assigned specialty area. Conducts research and analysis to identify business opportunities and to ensure that the business is prepared for change. Based upon the nature of the product expertise may oversee legal, compliance and regulatory changes.
