Job Title: NAO Account Manager Company: Prudential Location: Roseland, NJ Description: Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, brokers, consultants, and internal business partners that result in increased sales revenue, client persistency, and customer satisfaction with existing Group Life & Disability National Accounts book of business. Works closely with Account Executive in executing client specific business plans that are linked to Group Insurance goals and objectives. Coordinates Marketing, Sales and Support service for assigned accounts. Has good understanding of assigned clients' requirements. Initiates actions that maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Is proactive in partnering with internal contacts to facilitate timely resolution of issues or problems presented by customers/brokers. Present products, services and plan design information to meet client needs.  Address client questions and concerns regarding any aspect of our product offering. Possess excellent communication skills and a solid knowledge of Prudential's product and services. Job Title: Sr. Client Svcs Spec Company: Prudential Location: Roseland, NJ Description: Provides support to Regional Account Managers in managing relationships with new and existing mid size accounts.  Resolve issues and problems; provide daily support on billing, document review/explanation, claims, and evidence of insurability and enrollment processes.  Supports Institutional accounts that vary in complexity from less complex to highly complex in nature.  Coordinates marketing, sales and support services. Job Title: Manager, Process Management Company: Prudential Location: Newark, NJ Description: The Manager, Process Management assignment primarily supports Individual Life's captive reinsurance companies and will be responsible for the following: Ensuring the captives comply with all regulatory requirementsSupporting the companies' governance structure by ensuring that the Board of Directors, Officers and Business Unit Senior Management are appropriately engaged in the management of the captivesEnsuring that all required work performed by various internal sources to support the captives' financing transactions with external lenders is identified and that procedures are prepared to ensure that work is done timely and accuratelyPerforming or managing others who perform some day to day tasks to support compliance with financing agreements with external lendersIf necessary, contributing to the effort to start up a new captive reinsurance company by serving as the lead project managerManaging one associate who also supports the captive reinsurance companies The position reports through the Product Development and Support group within Prudential's Individual Life Division.
