  • Ability to attend up to 8 weeks of paid structured classroom training. Training hours will vary between 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday, with a licensing test during the 2nd week on either Friday or Saturday.
Ideal candidate will possess:

This is a new position within Private Office Support. The Private Office Support group, developed in 2008, is responsible for supporting the needs of private office agents - both those agents looking to move into a private office, as well as those agents currently located in a private office.

This position is responsible for:

Communications:

-Develop newsletter and other communications on a timely basis for Producer Weekly, Management Weekly, Private Office webpage, Field Programs & Recognition web page.

-Develop private office agent specific communications to be sent on a regular basis.

  • A Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent training is required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of insurance work experience, to include a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Must have strong knowledge of a variety of Personal Lines insurance products, plans, and programs, including extensive customer contact.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential. Multi-state property and casualty licensing may be required.

This is a Client Consultant position within Client Services. The Client Consultant will be responsible for handling daily inquiries and questions for defined contribution and defined benefit (TRS) clients in Retirement Services. College Degree in Business or Communications preferred. Equivalent work experience required.

High level of customer facing/ customer service work experience required (preferably within the financial services, banking, insurance industries). Other industry experience also considered.

Strong customer service skills are essential. Solid experience in the defined contribution business and a working knowledge of the defined benefit segment is preferred.

Strong written and verbal skills are essential.

Proficiency as a user of integrated computer systems is required; experience with account processing, such as those for financial institutions, retirement plans, or insurance companies is preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel software is a plus.
