Job Title: Sr. Claims Adjuster (Property & Casualty) Company: Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Company Location: Tacoma, WA Description: Strong Property and Casualty experience is required while you adjust and manage claims files/caseloads through correspondence, telephone and field investigations. Must have field experience adjusting both Property and Casualty claims. Demonstrate mastery of inside and outside adjusting techniques and practices coupled with knowledge of complex liability issues, litigation and claims management requiring field investigation, inspection and negotiation with legal counsel to manage complex caseloads. Manage routine and complex caseloads involving General Liability, Property and Liability claims and more severe Bodily Injury and Commercial claims. Qualifications:7+ years Field Claims Adjusting, Independent Adjusting, Inside Adjusting and/or relevant transferable business experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry.Advanced level proficiency with caseload management for specialized/complex claims and associated processing and reserving practices; Fair Claims Practices Statutes and P&C insurance regulations.Advanced skills in negotiation, analysis and investigation. Highly proficient 'front line' customer service, team interaction and interpersonal skills.
