Job Title: IT Auditor Company: Rexnord Industries Location: Milwaukee, WI Description: Brief Description   The IT Auditor is responsible for conducting information technology audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley 404 testing throughout the organization, and formulates recommendations for improvement in operating performance and controls.   This position will be located in Milwaukee, WI and will report to the Audit Manager, IT.   Key Accountabilities Assists the IT Audit Manager with identification and communication of significant IT risks across the enterprise. Performs general computer and application controls testing related to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Provides IT best practice recommendations based on result of audits/assessments and monitors remediation of deficient controls/weaknesses, as needed. Assists with documentation of standard practices and enterprise-wide requirements for IT. Participates on project teams for new software implementations or upgrade projects to ensure controls are considered and risk areas addressed. Partners with IT, legal, compliance, development and/or the security office to complete other IT related initiatives across the enterprise. Acts as liaison with our external IT auditors. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, MIS or related field 2 years experience as an IT auditor. Job Title: Night Auditor/Front Desk Company: Location: Milwaukee, WI Description: POSITION SUMMARY: Prepare, balance, and audit all daily postings and transmittal of property revenues. Ensure that all guest service standards are maintained at the front desk; assist with guest needs during the night audit shift. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensures accurate and timely recording and reporting of all property receipts. Maintains guest service standards at the front desk at all times. Follows cash handling procedures as outlined by the accounting department. Collects payment at check out and provides change for guests as needed. Performs all end of day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy, balancing credit card postings to computer system, maintaining computer database integrity daily, and auditing of master bills. Completes express check out in a timely manner and issues to security for delivery. Completes the daily sales report and issues to all departments. Prepares all computer systems for the following day. Ensures accurate and timely backup files / tapes are maintained on a daily basis. Prepares, balances, posts, and distributes all necessary reports on a daily basis. Contacts management in emergency situations. Requirements Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit. Prior front desk experience required. Hotel and overnight experience a plus.
