Job Title: WORKERS' COMPENSATION PREMIUM AUDITOR Company: Location: Richland, SC Description: Responsible for the workers’ compensation premium determination process for 200-350 policyholders. Works closely with policyholders to secure the necessary information to accurately determine their insurance premium. Prepares estimated premiums, endorsements, adjustments, revisions, classifications, audit adjustments, and discounts. Conducts payroll and on sight audits. Prepares premium quotes for new business. Performs research and provides recommendations to management on premium related issues. Performs all duties in accordance with the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) Basic Manual, Experience Rating Plan, Classification Scopes Manual, and Relevant Circulars. Ensures all policyholder information in organization’s computer system and records are accurate and up-to-date, to the best of ability and knowledge. Provide technical information on policies and regulations. Research, develop, and present training to new and existing account service representatives, including needs analysis, design and presentation of the training.   Maybe assigned special projects or other duties as maybe required.
