Description: Property & Casualty claims application architecture design and implementation; document management and imaging design and implementation; telephony design and implementation, including Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR); vendor evaluation and selection for these technologies; integration of claims management solutions with policy administration systems, financial systems, and external service providers; Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design and implementation. Experience with leading claims solutions, such as Guidewire ClaimCenter is a plus.Candidate will be responsible for designing, estimating, and implementing claims application architectures, including integration between the claims systems and other client internal systems, as well as external service providers.
